Accounts will be paid on the 1st and 15th of each month; Sale Reporting Forms may be turned in by mail or at the meetings, however, checks will not be issued at the meetings.

To report a sale from a monthly Mountainside Art Guild show or from a non-Guild show or personal sale, print out the form below, fill it out, and send it to the Treasurer accompanied with the sale price and sales tax amount.
